Here's the lowdown on how we handle shipping

Shipping Costs

New Zealand Standard Shipping: $12.50
New Zealand Express Shipping: $20.00 (Overnight-Weekdays Only)

Rest of the World Standard Shipping: $35 

Dispatch & Processing
Processing takes 1-3 business days, (excluding Pre Orders-Please see Pre Order information) and then our delivery pals take it from there. Once your package leaves us, you'll get an email with a tracking number.

New Zealand Shipping
For Kiwi orders, it usually takes 1-3 working days to get to you. (Rural may take a bit longer) Please be patient and allow up to 8 working days for your package to arrive.

Pre-Orders
Pre-orders will take a bit longer as they are created and ordered once we receive your pre order. We expect it to take 3-4 weeks however if there are public holidays, this may take a bit longer. You will receive a tracking number when it leaves our warehouse.

International Orders - Rest of the World
We use DHL for international orders, and you can expect your goodies within 5-14 working days. Please note: When you pick up your order, there might be extra customs charges or fees. These aren't covered by Kāmu tō Pāmu and are on you, so keep that in mind.

Weekend Heads Up

If you order on a weekend we are likely to be busy on farm. The magic happens on weekdays only. So your order will be processed first thing Monday morning.
